I understand they may not be your style of music but even the casual music fan has to admit both bands were a huge influence on Rock n Roll. It’s not their fault that they are both over-played. They just made music and hoped somebody liked it.

why do i get the feeling your trolling? or do you truly not know that John Lennon died on December 8, 1980 after receiving multiple gun shots from mad man Mark David Chapman. George died as well in late november of 2001 when lung cancer took his life. and the beatles didn’t record and release music till like the early 60′s. I mean it’d be awesome if John and George were still alive and be amazing if the beatles reunited. but that would never happen. the beatles career ended on a sour note with fighting. they didn’t start to befriend eachother again till a few years after the break up. all four of them seemed to be happy on their own with their solo careers and the joy of their families. i doubt they would reunite.

i recently visited mexico city and well everybody seems to have a beatles fad going on….every store either sells records from the beatles or sell t-shirts and posters…..also everybody seems to be listening to the beatles music and they even have ring tones…..you could also get stickers that come out in the bags of chips

I don’t know, a lot of times music/entertainment sensations in one country don’t catch on in other places until a long time after they are popular in the U.S. My friend said that she went to India last year and they were all obsessed with the Spice Girls.

I have loads of Beatles posters I want to put up on my walls but my mum and dad tell me I can’t cos I’ll damage the wallpaper. Only my sister has LOADS of posters up in her room and she’g got wallpaper as well – my parents aren’t telling her off. What can I use to put my posters up without damaging them? Does blu-tack damage wallpaper?

I am a Home Depot associate and I may have the best solution for you. The best thing is, you won’t be singing "Baby Your a Rich Man" to buy them either!
The product I’m referring to is Command adhesive strips by 3M. I am also an art major so I like to hang up my posters and artwork without damaging the walls (since I rent).
These little guys are amazing at holding up lightweight materials like your posters, keeping them flat, and being safe to take back down. I have seen materials like Blu-Tack sometimes leave any oily residue on the surfaces of areas after a long time, particularly in hot weather. With Command strips, I never had that problem.
Simply stick them up and enjoy your Fab Four posters, personally I like the Richard Avedon poster of them with diff. psychedlic colors.

Has anyone seen the Toys R Us exclusive Beatles posters? I use to work at one and they gave them to me. I’ve been looking around online and haven’t seen any. They might be one of a kind. Theirs 5 of them 5×5 size. One poster of each member, and the rock band beatles logo. Made out of cardboard. I’ll do some pic if u guys want. Their freakin sweet!
