I just figured that when you type beatles on the Google search engine you get the Beatles rock Band .. everything is changing and technology killed the emotional relationships between art and its follower. or maybe the opposite, technology has opened so many doors of forgotten beauties.
The Beatles’ influence on popular culture was—and remains—immense. Former Rolling Stone associate editor Robert Greenfield said, “People are still looking at Picasso … at artists who broke through the constraints of their time period to come up with something that was unique and original. In the form that they worked in, in the form of popular music, no one will ever be more revolutionary, more creative and more distinctive than The Beatles were.” From the 1920s, the United States had dominated popular entertainment culture throughout much of the world, via Hollywood movies, jazz, the music of Broadway and Tin Pan Alley and, later, the rock and roll that first emerged in Memphis, Tennessee. Drawing on their rock and roll roots, The Beatles not only triggered the British Invasion of the US, but themselves became a globally influential phenomenon.
The Beatles’ musical innovations, as well as their commercial success, inspired musicians worldwide. A large number of artists have acknowledged The Beatles as an influence or have had chart successes with covers of Beatles songs. On radio, the arrival of The Beatles marked the beginning of a new era; program directors like Rick Sklar of New York’s WABC went as far as forbidding DJs from playing any “pre-Beatles” music. The Beatles redefined the album as something more than just a few hits padded out with “filler”. They were primary innovators of the music video. The Shea Stadium date with which they opened their 1965 North American tour attracted what was then the largest audience in concert history and is seen as a “landmark event in the growth of the rock crowd.” Emulation of their clothing and especially their hairstyles, which became a mark of rebellion, had a global impact on fashion.
More broadly, The Beatles changed the way people listened to popular music and experienced its role in their lives. From what began as the Beatlemania fad, the group grew to be perceived by their young fans across the industrialized world as the representatives, even the embodiment, of ideals associated with cultural transformation. As icons of the 1960s counterculture, they became a catalyst for bohemianism and activism in various social and political arenas, fueling such movements as women’s liberation, gay liberation and environmentalism

Who and why?
I always wanted to be just like my older cousin. She seemed to be living the life of Gidget, wall to wall Beatles posters, going to The Monkees concerts and the beach. And then she married a dashing looking Air Force Officer as well. She was my idol. How about you?
Esther Williams. She was such a great swimmer and always looked gorgeous in her movies. Because of the polio scare when we were kids, we were limited to swimming in the ocean and rarely got to go to the public pools. Her movies were pure fantasy for me and I loved them. Beauty and athletic ability are traits I admired then and still do.
I want to get some posters of bands like Paramore, Green Day, All Time Low, Slipknot, The Beatles, any kind of well-known rock groups. I’ve tried a lot of different magazines but none of them have posters in them. Do you know of any I could check out?
I know but I kinda meant like a rock magazine ya know?
Kerrang!
You could also try Q, and NME. They are music magazines, not too sure if they do posters.
Also try a mag called Metal Hammer.
This is my highly unofficial salute to one of the greatest Beatles’ tracks, “Back In The USSR” from their White Album.

I know someone looking to sell and wants to know. It has the posters intact, it’s in generally good shape, minimal wear, no scrathes, played very little. . . Do any of you know how much it would be worth today.
the ones that collectors want is the ones with serial numbers on the cover….and my sister has one with white vinyl
For my art GCSE I have chosen to do a piece on "hidden messages" and I loooove the Beatles. I have heard that they have lots of hidden messages in there songs and sometimes posters. I have looked at lots of stuff on the internet but cant seem to find any explanation. Please can anybody give me any Information about their songs that I could possibly use for this exam. THANKS IN ADVANCE!
it sounds like you’re asking about the "Paul is dead" stuff.
on Sgt pepper: "billy Shears" was Paul’s replacement.
the song "a day in the life, explained the "car crash" paul died in
on Abbey rd: the VW has a plate that reads: "28IF" (paul would’ve been 28 IF, he lived
paul is barefoot in the picture (dead men are buried w/ no shoes
the white album: revolution #9 (played backwards, (it was the age of stoners, don’t be too surprised they were playing these things backwards ..LOL)
there is a short "turn me on dead man"
strawberry fields, on the out/end has john saying.."i buried paul" (he insists this was "cranberry sauce"
there are others

Have you seen all of their movies? Which ones haven’t you seen? Which is your fav?
BQ: If you could go back in time and stop John Lennon’s Murder, would you? Or do you believe that he is where he is supposed to be?
-Do you own any Beatles posters? How many?
-Just one at the moment, one Abbey Road poster, which is the first thing I see when I wake up.
-Do you own all of their albums? If not, which ones do you need?
-I don’t own them all, no. I do ‘have’ them, in a sense.. I’m a pirate, you see.
-Do you own Beatles Rockband?
-Yes, I do.
-Do you have any Beatles Merch.? (sweaters, purses, etc.) What do you have?
-Three t-shirts. One pink one that says, "Love me do!", one white one, kinda like this: http://www.pepperlibido-tshirts-and-tops.com.au/skin1/images/beatles_t-shirt.jpg, and one black v-neck one with their faces in different colors and "The Beatles" written in the center. I also have a Beatles calendar.
-Have you ever drew a picture of The Beatles?
-I did a portrait of Paul, and I’m working on one of John. I won’t be publishing these anywhere though.
-Have you ever done a school project on The Beatles?
-Only all the time, lol. I’m working on one right now, where we have to write an essay on what album, book, or movie we would want with us if we were stuck on a deserted island, and I chose the White Album. Last week I did a biography on George Harrison, and for an "About Me" project I put George Harrison, Paul McCartney, John Lennon, and Ringo Starr as my inspirations.
-Do you Instantly notice the words "The Beatles" when you are reading something?
-Yep. I could be scanning an article and if I feel like I saw the word "Beatles" I will go back and read the entire thing to find it.
-Have you seen all of their movies? Which ones haven’t you seen? Which is your fav?
-I’ve seen all of them except Let it Be. I haven’t found the time to watch it yet. So far A Hard Day’s Night and Yellow Submarine are my favorites.
BQ: If you could go back in time and stop John Lennon’s Murder, would you? Or do you believe that he is where he is supposed to be?
-Absolutely. I don’t think it was John’s time at all. He didn’t deserve to go the way he did.
