i want to get a little tattoo of a lyric.
"Her name was McGill, and she called herself Lil, but everyone knew her as Nancy."
"The love you take is equal to the love you make"
"Why don’t we do it in the road?"

I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the song. All I know is that towards the end of the song, it sounds like Blackbird by The Beatles. I hope (but doubt) someone can help me remember with such little detail in my question.
If it’s rap, it’s spelled wrong.
lots of Beatles lyrics are in code
John Lennon said the LSD was just coincidence with Lucy in the Sky. He then started looking at all the initials of all his other songs to see if there were any other songs with abbreviations. I heard this on the Lost Lennon Tapes by Lennon himself. I believe him, he sounded so sincere about it. He said that Julian brought him a picture he drew and it was called Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds.
Or mostly at least , to you. It is.
Im really into Beatles now.
thats good to hear. try tomorrow never knows.
In the song Across the Universe on my sis’s ipod the lyrics r "words are flowin out like endles rain into a paper cup they slither while they pass they slip away across the universe" and on mine it say "words are flowin out like endless rain into a paper cup they slither wildly as they slip away across the universe" Is there like 2 diff versions or sumthin?? plz help me!!
There are four different "official" versions of the song released by the Beatles, in which the lyrics are slightly different in a few places. They can be found on the albums "Let It Be", "Let It Be… Naked", "Past Masters Volume 2", and "The Beatles Anthology 4".
However, the line of which you speak is, on all four versions, "they slither wildly as they slip away across the universe".
There are other unreleased/bootleg/rare versions of the song out there, in which the lyric actually is "they slither while they pass they slip away across the universe"… though most people don’t actually know about those.
The reason for all of the confusion is that the latter is the version which was used in the recent movie "Across the Universe", so it has gained attention and popularity. Though it is a legitimate lyric as well, if asked, I would say the line is "they slither wildly as they slip away", as done by the Beatles.
A line or two from one of their songs.
"So let it out and let it in, Hey Jude, begin, don’t carry the world upon your shoulders. For well you know that it’s a fool who plays it cool by making his world a little colder"
It’s a classic rock song, and all I know it’s not the Beatles and the only lyrics I know is ‘Don’t let me down’ then he does like a Oh, Oh, Oh type thing.
I think you mean "Don’t Bring Me Down" by Electric Light Orchestra.
