It depends what is written in his will.
It is rumored that MJ could have written in his will that when he passes he will give the rights back to Paul McCartney in order to rekindle their friendship.
It could also go with the family
And if its not written in his will that it goes to a specific person, it will be sold to the highest bidder. If i had 150 million..i’d take it

heres the deal…

sony records owns 50% of the publishing in a deal he made to raise capitol..

the remaining 50% is in Michael Jackson’s will to return to Paul McCartney upon Michael Jackson’s passing..

Michael felt bad about the demise of their relationship and according to press reports last year " wanted to make things right"…
