No can do. Extra materials for any game are known as "DLC" which means DownLoadable Content. It’s called this because you need to download it from the network it belongs to: Xbox = Xbox Live (XBL), Playstation = Playstation Network (PSN). There are "downloads" you can purchase, but all that these are, are a game case (usually) that contains a code to go online with your console and download the material you otherwise would just go online and look for to download.
XBL is free to become a part of, but you have to pay to get a "Gold" level subscription which allows you to play online with others in multiplayer modes; many people don’t understand that. You can purchase Microsoft Points either online using a credit card or you can buy prepaid cards in stores wherever you find Xbox 360 Accessories and these points allow you to pay for premium content like extra songs, and original games that you can only find online. When you go on XBL, you’ll also find a lot of free demos and videos of upcoming games (and some older ones too). Just don’t forget that you need to own a harddrive for any kind of download, there’s no way that anything besides gamesaves would fit onto the dinky little memory that the Xbox Arcade model comes with, so you might need to purchase and Xbox Hdd, too.
Why not give it a shot and hook your 360 up to an internet connection and look around!
