Repetitive Beatles lyrics?

OK, i am a HUGE beatles fan, its just that when i have been listening to there songs i notice some similarities in lyrics…
FOR INSTANCE:
"diamond rings" used in cant buy me love and i feel fine

comments? other repetitive lyrics? am i wrong?

The most obvious has to be:

Beatles – Why Don’t We Do It In The Road?
Total of 14 words repeated over and over.

    There’s also "Wild Honey Pie", which appeared on THe Beatles double album. They don’t really say much more than "honey pie" over and over again until one of them pretends that he was stung.
