whats the difference between the Beatles Anthology Box set and the seperat cds?

There is the kind of green box set one and then there are the sepreate CD ones. Whats the difference?
I mean are they the same?

i got the box set for christmas….it contains all their albums and some dvds, the price might differ if you were to buy each cd separately…the box set is just more appealing
