How did The Beatles feel about doing LSD?

I was reading "The Beatles Anthology" last night and it’s getting to the part when they start doing LSD (in ’65). And it said that George was on LSD or something and it totally messed up how he thought and stuff. How did The Beatles feel about doing LSD? Were they ok with it or did they not like the idea of it? I’m just curious.

Thanks :]

MQ: Later work or early work of The Beatles?
I knew that it meant LSD. The song is still trippy and cool though. lol. It’s actually one of the songs that got me into them. Weird huh?

from what i heard, john liked the acid. it kinda strained his relationship with his wife, but he loved the feeling it gave him.

mccartney wasnt a huge fan, but took it a couple of times.

i hear george and john got closer after their first "trip" together.

i have no clue about ringo :[ but i know he did it

after they went to india though, they renounced drugs.

but even though drugs suck, think about how much creative things the beatles did on it :] such a bad escuse, but so true!

They probably felt pretty good at the time : ). I’m sure they regret it now though.

They loved LSD at first but years later they realized ( in special George) that the use of this drug caused a slight brain damage wich was even more evident when Harrison saw a sample of this substance thru a microscope, then he said "I will never put again that thing on my brain"
