How much would two original Beatles albums be worth?

I want to make an offer on two original Beatles albums; Revolver and Abbey Road but i really don’t know how much they would be worth together. the owner says they’re in mint condition.

    If they’re mint, I’d pay $20 each.

    Offer $20 for both. If he refuses, up it to $25 for both, then $30, then $40 both.
