What is your opinion of people who wear/purchase band merchandise of bands that they don’t listen to? This especially applies to people who purchase "vintage band tees" of bands such as the Ramones, Beatles, Doors, AC/DC, etc. Does is bother you, as a fan, that they are soiling the band’s name for the sake of looking retro and cool or do you simply not care?

Ugh, yes it REALLY bothers me.
Ok, I’ve been a fan of like The Beatles, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin..ALL of them since I was like 4, I’m now 15. And lately everybody is pretending to like them all wearing their shirts and everything.
Actually today I had like a break down about this. I went into hot topic to buy a rock tee, and it reminded me well this boy had a Led Zeppelin at my school and he was like ‘Yeah, my favorite member is John Lennon.’
and I was like ‘what the heck-’
And also this girl was talking about Nirvana and shes like ‘Yeah I like them.’ and then some kid had a shirt with a picture of Kurt Kobain and she pointed at it and asked me if the guy was Jimi Hendrix.
ugh, its annoying. =/
I really want a beatles tattoo, but i need some help finding some really nice lyrics. John is my favourite Beatle, so preferably i’d like the lyrics to be his. suggestions please!

I recently bought "The Beatles Stereo Box Set" and have been exploring their discography over the past few days. Of the thirteen original albums that the Fab Four released, which is your favorite? Why?

I want to go through most if not all of the Beatles’ albums, Definitely covering all the important ones. Now I know most of of their hits and everything. Question is, where do I begin? And in what order should I go through the Beatles’ catalog?

alright well, seeing as you already know most of the hits Beatles 1s is pretty well covered, but still deserves to get looked at if you dont already have it. There isent really a way to go wrong with buying beatles albums but you should probably start with the really monumental ones, Abbey road would be a good place to start seeing as its one of the best albums ever recorded.
Other then that, you can do some of their earlier stuff like hard days night or revolver which are both great.
as for pearl jam, i dont really know them that well, i have the album "ten" its pretty good, aside from that i dont really know

It looks interesting, but unfortunately it’s only coming to theaters in New York, so it looks as if I won’t be seeing it anytime soon.

I have aquired some Beatles photos, they were printed off the origanal negatives 20 years ago, but I don’t have the negs. They are not posed photos, from some sort of music video behind the scenes. And I have two photos of John Lennon on his own in a house, & John Lennon with Cynthia Lennon in a house.
Take them to an auction house for an estimate, condition is everything as is provenance (when and where were they taken, who took them and why?) these details can increase the value.
